What did the AWL experience mean to you in terms of your journey as a leader?
The experience meant carving out time specifically for my personal and professional development, while getting to know leaders across the industry. For the first time I received Executive Coaching and this was an added benefit to the program.

Describe the six months you spent in the Bloombase experience for Advanced Women Leaders.
It was a challenge to be consistent and present for the entirety of each virtual session, but it was worth the dedication. While some of the content was not completely new to me, it was a great reminder of the things I need to do to continue to stay true to who I am and excel in my leadership roles. The Bloombase experience was empowering and insightful for me. I appreciate the opportunity to get to know everyone within the cohort.

Describe the benefits of the AWL experience.
Opportunities for self awareness and reflection, connection across industries, and tremendous insight from great guest speakers. I appreciated the time with a professional executive coach too.

What would you say to someone considering the AWL experience?
Step outside of your comfort zone and invest in yourself. You are worth it!

My favorite way to spend an afternoon by myself is... self care in a variety of forms… feeding my mind, body and soul. A massage, a nap, playing, eating a great meal, going for a walk, enjoying a beautiful day.

The kind of work I’m most passionate about is... challenging yet fulfilling. A reflection of my passion with opportunities to be a positive change agent.

Something that makes my life ridiculously fun is... the unpredictability of my kids. NEVER a dull moment!

The values/behaviors that are most important to me are... respect in action and communication, integrity, authenticity and consistency.

How I would like to impact the world right now is... be the change that I want to see! Impact the areas that I can, even if only on the micro level.
