Describe the benefits of the AWL experience.
The benefits of my AWL experience are both personal and professional. I have gained a network of incredible female leaders who are friends for life. My time in AWL allowed me to invest in myself by learning about how I can impact and contribute to the organizations I am involved with. I have clarity on my values, vision and leadership qualities and style.

What was it about AWL that made you feel you had an ROI from the experience?
During my time in AWL, I was able to share experiences and situations with my cohort and Executive Coach and apply learnings from sessions, experiences and speakers.

What did you walk away with from AWL and what are you continuing to learn about yourself?
Throughout and after my experience in AWL, I have gained clarity of myself as a leader, teammate and person. I find that I continue to use self-awareness and self-reflection even after the AWL experience as I continue to learn and grow.

What would you say to someone considering the AWL experience?
I would highly recommend anyone considering participating in AWL to go for it! The investment in yourself and the incredible individuals you will meet and get to know will make a lifelong impact. The personal and professional growth you will experience is life changing!

I feel like I am fulfilling my purpose when... I am impacting and helping whether it is supporting my family and friends in their activities and being a resource for my colleagues and teammates to achieve their goals.

Something that makes my life ridiculously fun is... traveling and making memories with my family and friends!
