Bloombase Thoughts
Too often I feel I am surrounded by folks terrified by honesty and accountability, and I can relate… because I mess up. A LOT. So, I have had to get really good at owning my messiness and even better at cleaning up the messes I make – unintentionally or not. I don’t always get it right of course – which creates another opportunity for me to practice OYOS – Own Your Own Shit. A clever and powerful acronym I shamelessly borrowed from a highly respected client partner of mine.

Threads Unseen
Bloombase’s Sheri Fella and former executive coaching client, Brad Swearingen and his family embark on a journey of unraveling trauma and healing.
This is a story of trauma - the impact it had on one family and how it rippled out through friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors … those are the threads unseen.
In this five-part podcast series, the Swearingen family shares their experiences of trauma and their lifetime journey of healing, almost a decade after 2-year-old Gavin suffered a traumatic brain injury.
