The Bloombase experience for emerging leaders (AIM) is a 6-month investment in the pipeline of future leaders. Grounded in research and emotional intelligence, this experience provides space for leaders to develop themselves into the leader they aspire to be, creating impact in their careers, communities and lives.

The AIM Experience

6 Months

AIM is a 6-month immersive experience with eight, half-day sessions.
Curated Cohorts

Intentionally selected cohorts with a max of 16 leaders.
Executive Coaching

Each leader, paired with another participant, engages in dyad coaching with a Hudson certified executive coach.
Learning Pods

Groups of 4 participants connect throughout the experience to increase communication and learnings across the organization.
Master Facilitators

Master facilitators create a safe climate for learning & accountability.
Real Scenarios

Focused on current scenarios and challenges, learning happens in real time with space to practice in and outside of session.
Layered Learning

Transformational behavior change is achieved through a learning approach that is multi-layered, each session building on the last.
Virtual & Hybrid

This experience brings together participants, executive speakers, master facilitators, and executive coaches from across the country.
