Advanced Women Leaders (AWL) is a multi-month immersive journey that provides a space for experienced leaders to grow and expand themselves to become more courageous, purposeful and influential leaders.

The AWL Experience

An investment in senior-level women that grows each leader and their organizations. AWL is rooted in neuroscience, research, proven frameworks and best practices. Application of this experience results in immediate and sustainable impact. It provides each leader with innovative options to navigate the myriad of complex situations that senior leaders face. We know that when women come together to collaborate with, learn from, and support each other, change happens for themselves, their teams, and the world around them. Experience Format and 2025 Schedule

The AWL experience provides flexibiilty while delivering transformative, high-impact content. Each cohort experience includes six interactive sessions. With intentionally small and curated cohorts, sessions are led by a Master Facilitator, and each participant receives monthly dyad coaching from a certified Executive Coach.

Cohort 39 - Virtual

Kicking off this fall, enjoy the flexibility of participating from anywhere. Engage with expert speakers, collaborate with peers, and access leadership development tools in a convenient online format.
