Chief Connector & Executive Coach

Life takes us all on a journey.

Who would ever have guessed this shy, sheltered East Coast girl would move across the country 8 times in 20 years, leaning into my role as a trailing spouse and experiencing a life I never, ever expected? For someone who did not travel more than 1 hour from their home as a child, and who spent the majority of their social interactions only with extended family, this was scary...but also pretty amazing.

What did moving, putting a career on hold, and starting over in 8 new cities teach me? It taught me to speak up, to take risks, to be comfortable with who I am, and to learn how to connect and adapt. It brought amazing people into my life and expanded my way of thinking. It created a family bond that can’t be broken — we were in it together and we survived and thrived.

Twenty years ago, we moved to Indianapolis, and the time finally came for me to re-focus on me, and my career. I was able to play a pivotal role in the success of multiple tech companies, leading both the HR & Recruiting functions. My experience spanned companies of all sizes, in varying stages of growth where I led global teams, supported global leaders, and led start-ups in both the Venture Capital and Private Equity spaces.

My superpower is connection, (most likely due to the many relocations), as I am quickly able to build relationships, understand what is needed, and find ways to help. I love partnering and am unafraid to ask the hard questions, to get to the answers, to get results.

Today, I am focused on sharing my life and career learnings as an Executive Coach. I bring a high energy and authentic approach to coaching, having partnered with clients at all levels to optimize performance, as well as to work with individuals on career, life, and leadership topics. I get great satisfaction watching people evolve and be their best.

At Bloombase, I am serving both as an Executive Coach and I am focused on helping grow our Advanced Women Leaders program by connecting more women and companies with this amazing experience. This truly fuels my passion to be an advocate and role model for all women.

I am now a true Midwesterner — even though I still move and talk fast. I love warm weather, NFL football (Go Colts!), playing pickleball, and quality time with my family — especially in my role as Grandma Griz.
