Janet Davis is a leadership and promotional preparation coach who works with individuals and organizations. She helps people uncover their strengths and provides them with tools to move forward and maximize their impact as leaders.
Janet is a retired Chief of Police from California, with over 30 years of law enforcement experience. And she has served as a City Manager.
She developed her signature leadership development program, Prepare to Promote-Prepare to Lead, which is a contemporary and practical foundational leadership development program.
Janet has an M.S. and B.S. from California State University, Fresno. She is a certified Leadership Coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
