(she/her)

Chief Strategy Officer & Executive Coach

Growing up in a rural setting, I learned early and often that I had lots of opportunity to learn and to take risks and that meant I had choice. I also learned that every choice I made meant it was mine and mine alone, and mine to own. Having that accountability as a deep root has served me well as a leader in all the roles throughout my life.

As a mother I have strived to install this same value in my kids along with my husband who shares that same value. As a daughter it helps me navigate the challenges of this aging parent chapter I am in and to embrace the joys along the way. As a leader, it has a created a passion for finding the untapped potential in a person, team, or a project. Bringing that potential to life and witnessing another person or team then find their own role and accountability in that process is invigorating to me.

In my over 25 years of experience as a leader in the financial services industry, I was laser focused on not only building business strategy, but creating the culture necessary to deliver results and of course that included a culture of owning it. As a member of the Bloombase team, my energy and expertise feels unleashed in ways that expand my own limiting beliefs and that have opened up opportunities for limitless innovation. Innovations that make a difference for our partners.

While I hold a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and several credentials including, the Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Certification for Long-Term Care (CLTC) designations, it is the education through my own leadership development that transforms me the most impactfully these days. Impact is what drives me and why I am thrilled to be in this space fully immersed in impact every day with my Bloombase teammates.
